General Questions
Do we paint?
Yes if we are working on your project we offer economical paint services
Do we sell cash and carry tile floors and cabinets?
No but in most cases we can get the floors, tiles and even cabinets in as little as 1-5 days
Do we do cabinet repairs, tile repairs, electrical or plumbing repairs that other companies have done?
No we are a kitchen and bath remodeler and we do not offer this service.
How long does it take to get a kitchen or bath from start to finish?
Over all typically 4-6 weeks. Once you pick your products in our showroom we will come out to do a field measurement with in a week or so, We then will work up an estimate with in a few days typically. Once you approve the design-estimate and design it typically takes 3-6 weeks to order your materials which we give you a start and finish date.
Do we offer designs and consultations?
Yes we offer designs and layouts in our showroom with our professional team
Do you do free estimates with remodeling kitchens and baths or floors?
Yes we do, we ask you come in to the showroom with one of our experienced design team members to figure out what type of project you want the look and types of materials that will make your room the look you want
Do we do other projects besides kitchen baths and floors?
Yes while we are in your home if we are doing kitchen baths and floors
Do we do other projects?
yes we do new doors, windows, painting and other repairs
Do we repair appliances?
No we don’t have a repair team for appliances
Do you have staff that can decorate?
Yes that’s the difference in our staff and many box stores or contractors. We have a team with over 150 years of combined decorating and design experience
Do you measure at my home?
Yes once you have picked out your products we do a field measurement for your project
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are a Class A contractors license in Va and we have insurance with Eire insurance which we can provide info for you
